Datasheet
DAD LINK S/FTP Cat.6A Network Cable – 305 m of 23 AWG solid bare copper, foil-screened and overall braided, certified to 500 MHz for 10GBASE-T over the full 100 m channel.
Cat.6A doubles Cat.6 bandwidth to carry 10 Gbps at 100 m where Cat.6 manages it only to ~55 m. The Al/Mylar screen plus aluminium-magnesium alloy braid suppress alien crosstalk between bundled runs, which is the failure mode that defeats 10G in dense trays and risers. Specified for data-centre horizontal cabling, 10G building backbones, PoE++ (Type 4, 90 W) runs, and Wi-Fi 6E/7 access points.
| Frequency | Return loss | Insertion loss | NEXT |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 MHz | ≥ 20.1 dB | ≤ 19.1 dB | ≥ 44.3 dB |
| 250 MHz | ≥ 17.3 dB | ≤ 31.1 dB | ≥ 38.3 dB |
| 500 MHz | ≥ 15.2 dB | ≤ 45.3 dB | ≥ 33.8 dB |
For 1 Gbps in high-interference sites, see SF/UTP Cat.6. For outdoor and direct-sunlight runs, see SF/UTP Cat.6 Outdoor. Guide: Cat6 vs Cat6A: Which Cable to Choose.
